Governing Law

We act under the set of laws provided by the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and by

the International Copyright Law, excluding any such laws that might direct the

application of the laws of another jurisdiction. You agree to submit to the exclusive

jurisdiction of the courts located within the state of Massachussets and Rhode

Island to resolve any legal matter arising from the terms.

the immediate termination or suspension of your EDIBLES CLUB account. You also

Pricing, refund and payments

EDIBLES CLUB has a store section internally to the website where the users can

purchase goods, such as but not limited to t-shirts, mugs and other apparel based

goods. The price of each item is clearly visible from the store and it includes

commissions and selling taxes. In any case, each purchase must be considered as

final, since we will not grant any kind of refund, except for damaged products.

Speaking in terms of payments, we currently accept credit cards or PayPal as valid

payment methods. In any case, using a specific method, the user implicitly

declares to be the owner or to have the full rights of use.

Limitations and Service modifications

EDIBLES CLUB will make reasonable efforts to keep the EDIBLES CLUB Service

operational. However, from time to time, some technical difficulties or

maintenance operations may cause temporary interruptions. To the extent

permitted by applicable law, EDIBLES CLUB reserves the right to modify or

discontinue, periodically and at any time, temporarily or permanently, the

without any liability to users, except where prohibited by law, for any interruptions,

Termination and cancellation

Severability and waiver

Agreements is held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason or at any level,

such invalidity or unenforceability shall not in any way interfere with or render

Assignment

EDIBLES CLUB may assign the Agreements or any part thereof, and may also

delegate any obligations under the Agreements. You may not assign the

Agreements or any part thereof, nor transfer or sublicense your rights under the

Agreements to any third party.

Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold

EDIBLES CLUB harmless from and against any damages, losses and expenses of

any kind (including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs) arising out of: (1) your

violation of this Agreement; (2) any User Content; (3) any activity in which you

engage or perform through the EDIBLES CLUB Service; and (4) your violation of

any law or the rights of any third party.

Jurisdiction

EDIBLES CLUB operates in full accordance with the applicable laws of the United

States of America. In this sense, any dispute or legal controversy will be resolved

such invalidity or unenforceability shall not in any way interfere with or render

invalid or unenforceable the remaining provisions of the Agreements, and the

Any failure by EDIBLES CLUB™ or third party beneficiaries to enforce the

Agreements or related clauses shall not void EDIBLES CLUB™’s or third party

beneficiary’s right to do so.

Assignment

EDIBLES CLUB™ may assign the Agreements or any part thereof, and may also

delegate any obligations under the Agreements. You may not assign the

Agreements or any part thereof, nor transfer or sublicense your rights under the

Agreements to any third party.

Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold

EDIBLES CLUB™ harmless from and against any damages, losses and expenses of

any kind (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs) arising out of: (1) your

violation of this Agreement; (2) any User Content; (3) any activity in which you

engage or perform through the EDIBLES CLUB™ Service; and (4) your violation of

any law or the rights of any third party.

Jurisdiction

EDIBLES CLUB™ operates in full accordance with the applicable laws of the United

States of America. In this sense, any dispute or legal controversy will be resolved
